Warranty Policy

- Warranty Coverage
1.1. COMPASS Timepieces is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We offer a comprehensive warranty that covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
1.2. The warranty covers repairs or replacements necessary to restore the watch to its proper functioning, as determined by our authorized technicians.
- Warranty Exclusions
2.1. The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- a) Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the watch.
- b) Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or discoloration.
- c) Water damage, unless the watch is explicitly specified as water-resistant or waterproof.
- d) Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by third parties.
- e) Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for usage, maintenance, and care.
- f) Loss or theft of the watch.
2.2. Any repairs or alterations conducted by unauthorized service centers or technicians will void the warranty.
- Warranty Service Process
3.1. To initiate a warranty claim, customers must present the original proof of purchase, including the purchase date, from our authorized retail store or our official online platform.
3.2. Customers should contact our customer service department or visit our authorized service center to report the warranty claim and receive further instructions.
3.3. Upon receipt of the watch, our authorized technicians will evaluate the issue and determine whether it falls under warranty coverage.
3.4. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the watch at our discretion.
3.5. If the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer will be notified of any applicable repair costs and will have the option to proceed with the repair at their expense.
- Customer Responsibilities
4.1. Customers are responsible for properly maintaining and caring for their luxury watches in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
4.2. Customers should avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures, magnetic fields, and direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
4.3. Any tampering, repairs, or adjustments performed by unauthorized individuals or service centers will void the warranty.
- Limitation of Liability
5.1. Our liability under this warranty policy is limited to the repair or replacement of the watch, as determined by our authorized technicians.
5.2. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the watch, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits.
- Policy Updates
This warranty policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated or revised as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our official channels and will be effective from the date of notification.
